In our first meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, questions, and whether we’re a good fit. I’m eager to learn about you and why you want to work with me.
For your first session, having clear goals, specific concerns or questions, and relevant medical or health information will help tailor the sessions to your needs.
Sessions can include physical movements, passive activities, self-massage techniques, talking, planning, and Q&A tailored to your needs. No two sessions are the same.
I currently offer virtual sessions only. For in-person sessions, please contact One Degree Wellness through the website. These can be arranged case-by-case, especially for local clients.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
For pricing information, please contact me directly.
Sessions vary based on your goals, typically 3-4 times a month for 1 to 3 months or more. We’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust as needed.
We don’t accept insurance, but some plans may cover coaching and training. Please check with your provider.
I currently offer one-on-one sessions only. Small group sessions, workshops, and special programs are coming soon. Stay tuned!
